Pilsner was created in 1842 in the city of Pilsen, in present-day Czech Republic, a low-fermented beer or lager (cold fermentation). It is characterized by being a beer with a bitter profile and fruit flavors. It has a shiny gold colour with a clear foam. A beer made with light malts, it has a high bitterness and flavors of green fruits, pear, green apple and quince. The hoppy character of this beer helps us balance the flavors and cleanse the palate of the spicy sensation.
